Steel pipe joints play a crucial role, such as jointing and branching a number of pipes, for all kinds of pipe work at industrial facilities, including those used by the petrochemical, paper manufacturing, food, chemical, and semiconductor industries.  We provide pipeline support for a wide variety of plants -primarily made from stainless steel, but also using other materials that are more difficult to process, such as titanium and Hastelloy -based on a superlative welding technology, to meet the highly corrosion resistant requirements demanded by LNG installations and desalination plants, etc., under a world class quality assurance system.  Our reliable quality has been approved in America, Australia, the EC countries, and Southeast Asia, as well as Japan, and contributes to various industries throughout the world

Our systematic piping components enable a small number of people to quickly create any type of medium to large bore plumbing network for a building.  In order to provide they high levels of quality and safety that are indispensable to factorys and hospitals, as well as office buildings that require a comfortable environment, the manufacturing processes at our plant are rigorously consistent, from the initial drawing stage right through to the welding, assembly, and inspection.  In terms of welding, we implement TIG welding to eliminate the possibility of any defects that may lead to corrosion, and the reliability is inherently outstanding.  The efficiency of a comfortable and safe plumbing system can be enhanced thanks to our unique all-round strengths, including our expertise and superior welding skills related to plumbing for industrial plants.

Flanges are inseparable from welded joints, and are used together with such joints in the construction of plants and factories. We acquired a flange manufacturer in Osaka in June 1999, and initiated the simultaneous manufacture of joints and flanges. In addition to our own manufacturing, our purchases from Southeast Asia are increasing and we continuously strive to maintain a system that can ensure a steady provision of high quality flanges and joints under the quality assurance system already established for our joints.
